The Center For Contemplative Practice
The Center for Contemplative Practice Offers
workshops, courses, and classes in Contemplative Practices.
We are a group of teachers and scholars who offer courses of study in diverse topics and practices of Contemplation. Among our teachers are skilled yoga therapists who provide practices to relieve physical pain and help with stress and anxiety, which are the main obstacles to contemplation. See the therapy page for more information on this aspect of our offerings.
