Meditation Made Easy

This is the first in a three-part series.

You’ve heard about the benefits of meditation for stress reduction, improved concentration, better sleep, lower blood pressure, increased calm, and greater physical ease. 

This course is for you if you want to enjoy all of these benefits by learning to meditate, or if you have tried meditation and found it difficult or frustrating.

Most meditation courses teach you only one technique.  But meditation isn’t “one size fits all.”  If you have tried to meditate and found it frustrating, you may be using a technique that isn’t right for you. 

If you want to learn to meditate, choosing the right technique will prevent future frustration.

Different techniques give you different results. 

This course is designed to help you find and fine tune what works best for you.

This 6-hour course is divided into 2-hour sessions once a week for 3 weeks so that you have plenty of time to practice in each classroom session and on your own in between sessions.

In this course you will learn:

  • Three different meditation techniques with time to practice each one both in class and in the days between classes.

  • The anatomy of each technique – how it works in your body.

  • The philosophy behind each technique to help you determine which one is right for you.

In each class, you will receive

  • Personalized attention and troubleshooting difficulties in your meditation.

  • An explanation of and solutions for any obstacles to your meditation that arise.

  • Ongoing support for your personal practice as you get started.

When:  3 Sundays in a row.  Sunday, August 12, 19, and 26th.

Cost:  $150 for the course
