Meditation for Magnificence

You have the ability to be at home in a world that has been turned upside down! You do this by reconnecting to your true self, to the life giving, soul nurturing source of your existence, to your own deep Consciousness and Presence.

Meditation and Contemplation ground you in your calm core, that place where you are most at home. They teach you to carry the calm of your true self into connection with the outside world.  This is the basis for a magnificent and fulfilling life at all times.  Even in the worst of times.

Over the course of this meditation workshop we will discuss the philosophy and anatomy of meditation and explore 3 different techniques and practices using the three gateways of contemplative experience:  your mind, body, and breath.

The techniques you use for meditation make a difference to your success and experience.  Meditation is not one-size-fits- all. There are different techniques because there are different approaches for different people.

If you have ever tried meditation and had difficulties, or if you are brand new to the practice, this course is for you.

This practice and this course are not hard charging or performance based.  Your magnificence and calm emerge gently, at your own pace, in your own time, and in your own unique way.  I am here to guide you through the process as it unfolds for you, uniquely.

 This course includes:

3 different techniques to learn and choose which works best for you

The best way for you to set yourself up for success physically and otherwise

Personal coaching and fine tuning to ensure the best results

 DETAILS OF THE COURSE:

In each class session we will: discuss the philosophy and anatomy underlying the meditative technique of that week, practice the technique, as well as review and finesse your experience with that technique.

There will be hand outs for the material provided each week.

In every class there is  time for in-class questions, discussion, and fine tuning of your meditation experience.

Between the weekly classes I’ll ask you to practice the technique for that week and report on your practice experience each week via email. I will give you 10 minutes of private consultation each week regarding your experience.
