Patanjali's Yoga Sutra Course

You have a practice for your body.

Did you know that your yoga practice is rooted in a philosophy whose aim is nothing short of human happiness?

You already know the ways in which your physical practice improves your life.

Study the philosophy that underlies your practice and gain insight into your mind and your body.

Enhance your physical practice with intellectual understanding as you explore an ancient yogic text which addresses how to create a tranquil mind.

  • Group participation and discussion during and after the session.
