But what you love most can be hard on your body – those awkward bends and odd positions that come with weeding, planting, and tending your garden.
In this workshop you will learn:
The anatomy of gardening. Which muscles are most likely to give you trouble and create discomfort.
How to release those muscles to help you
Prevent low back pain
Prevent wrist pain
Prevent tight ribs and shoulders
Prevent neck pain
You will be given handouts and practices you can do at home at the end of a long day to help keep you gardening comfortably.
