The Contemplative Practice of Herbal Medicine

This course consists of three classes on Wednesdays April 3rd, April 10th, and April 17th at 2PM Mountain Time. Each class is 1 ½ hours long.

Learn how simple, contemplative practices can deepen your relationship with Nature and Nature’s healing gifts.

Discover the basics for supporting your health and well being through Contemplation and Herbal medicine.

Whether you already have a contemplative practice, or are looking to begin one, this course is for you.
Contemplation is the act of stilling our minds and attending to the Grace which is Present in all of Creation. In this course we learn contemplative practices that allow us to pay attention to the Natural world, and to the plants and herbs that have been given to us to support our well being and healing.

WHAT YOU GET:

Lesson 1: In the first class you will dive into the philosophy of contemplative practice and its relationship to medicine (as the art of healing), and specifically herbal medicine. This does not refer to CBD or Mushrooms.

Each week you will be given practices to do between classes to deepen your understanding of healing, and help you cultivate the habit of contemplation. You will receive feedback on your practice and your experiences directly from Kim.

Lesson 2: In the second class you will receive a new contemplative practice to explore, and continue to learn about working with the plants of the Natural world for healing and support for common illnesses.

Lesson 3: In this final class, you will review your contemplative experience and practice to date, and receive more information on herbs for support for specific conditions, so that you may continue to practice when the course is complete.

Where :  wherever you are, this class is through Zoom.  IF YOU MISS A CLASS, or cannot make Wednesdays, a video will be available for your use. You may take the course entirely by video and receive personal support for your homework, but class participation is encouraged.

Class size is limited to ensure personal attention.
